NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking Cisco Resident Engineers to provide onsite or remote technical support for enterprise network environments. The role supports Cisco routing, switching, and security infrastructure, network automation initiatives, Verizon platform expertise, and technical assistance through the Global Resident Engineer Pool.

Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, and security technologies
Perform network configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution
Support network automation and operational efficiency initiatives
Serve as a Verizon platform SME and provide advanced technical guidance
Collaborate with global engineering and operations teams
Provide Level I, II, or III support based on technical expertise and experience
