[Remote] RMMR Program Manager

The RMMR Program Manager will lead the RMMR Program, overseeing staff, operations, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic initiatives to achieve organizational growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the organization

- Implement strategic initiatives that align with company objectives and maximize growth opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or 10 years progressive management experience in a related field
- Minimum [10] years of experience in a managerial role, ideally within the industrial construction sectors and Department of Defense POL Fuels Facilities
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, project controls, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
