[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paramount Home Solutions is a roofing company helping homeowners protect their homes through roofing services. The Sales Development Representative will contact homeowners, educate them about roof issues and free inspections, schedule appointments for roofing consultants, and track leads in the CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Call local homeowners to introduce our free roof inspection service
- Educate them on common issues (aging roofs, storm damage, leaks, etc.)
- Schedule in-home appointments for our roofing consultants
- Track conversations and leads in our CRM system
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident on the phone and goal-driven
- A team player who's eager to learn and grow
- Sales or customer service experience is a bonus—but not required
