[Remote] Salesforce Commerce Cloud Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talener is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Full Stack Developer for a growing digital Care & Wellness technology organization focused on modern e-commerce solutions. The role will develop and maintain front-end and back-end SFCC features, integrations, and high-performance customer experiences while partnering with engineering, product, marketing, and external vendors. The developer will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture and platform improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain features across the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, supporting both front-end experiences and back-end commerce functionality
- Build and customize SFCC cartridges, develop integrations, and contribute to the overall architecture of the organization's digital commerce ecosystem
- Develop responsive, high-performance user experiences using modern front-end technologies while optimizing site speed and overall customer experience
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between SFCC and supporting commerce platforms, including order management and other third-party systems
- Partner closely with engineering, product, marketing, and external vendors to deliver new platform capabilities and drive technical improvements across the commerce environment
- Mentor junior engineers while contributing to architecture discussions, platform enhancements, and engineering best practices
Skills
- U.S. work authorization is required
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development experience, including experience working within modern commerce architectures
- Strong experience with React and modern front-end development, including responsive web applications and CMS-driven experiences
- Deep understanding of ISML, JavaScript controllers, OCAPI, Business Manager configuration, and SFCC cartridge development
- Experience building integrations with e-commerce platforms, APIs, inventory, pricing, and order management systems
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills across the full application stack
- Experience within e-commerce environments is required
- Remote opportunity for candidates based in the United States and can work EST Hours

- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification is preferred
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or telehealth is a plus
