[Remote] Salesforce Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable, high-performance solutions across the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and MuleSoft integrations. The role involves developing custom functionality, supporting enterprise integrations, participating in architecture and design discussions, and ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to enterprise standards in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support scalable, high-performance solutions across the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and MuleSoft integrations
- Translate complex business requirements into secure, efficient, and scalable technical solutions that enhance banker productivity and improve customer relationships
- Develop custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Support integrations with enterprise systems
- Participate in architecture and design discussions
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards
- Spend most of their time coding new features, enhancing existing functionality and ensuring performance/scalability across FSC
- Mentor team members while delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment
- Work closely with architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build features from the ground up
Skills
- -5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
- -Strong hands-on experience with coding technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- -Experience building and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions using Flows and OmniStudio
- -Experience integrating Salesforce with External systems using REST, SOAP APIS and data migration tools
- -Salesforce Certifications
- -Banking/Financial Experience
- -Exposure to HTML, CSS, Java and Python
