[Remote] SAP Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosys is a global provider of digital services and consulting, with a specialized SAP unit delivering solutions that support business growth and digital transformation. The SAP Program Manager will lead large-scale SAP and ERP programs, oversee project execution and financial performance, manage stakeholders and resources, support proposal and commercial activities, and drive organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
- Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
- Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
- Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
- Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
- Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
- Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations
Skills
- Experience, working with large IT ERP programs
- Experience in SAP engagement and project management experience
- Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles
- Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus
- Hands on experience in handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs required
- Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery
- Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk
- Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation
- Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management
- Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs
- Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
- Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location
