[Remote] SAP Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oxenham Group is seeking a SAP Program Manager to lead business analysis, solution design, and re-engineering within defined solution areas. The role partners with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to drive process improvements, deliver strategic technology initiatives, coordinate smaller IT efforts, and resolve complex application issues.
Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships across the organization
- Support the strategic goals of the functions you represent
- Contribute to roadmap development in support of those goals
- Develop business cases to prioritize projects within the IT portfolio
- Ensure represented functions understand IT capabilities and objectives
- Advise on business process and solution options
- Track technology trends and apply them to organizational goals
- Participate in end-to-end solution design, including process reengineering and application architecture
- Ensure roadmap-aligned projects are delivered with quality, on schedule, and cost-effectively
- Keep solutions consistent with established architectural direction
- Act as project coordinator on smaller IT efforts, reporting status to the PMO
- Coordinate internal and external support resources for timely issue resolution
- Drive critical incidents to closure within your area
- Resolve complex problems escalated beyond key users
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years implementing solutions in SAP S/4HANA ERP across Ariba, PTP, OTC, and eWM
- Two or more full implementations covering design, configuration, and project delivery
- Proven record of delivering stakeholder value through technology
- Experience supporting integration across SAP modules
- Working knowledge or development experience with ABAP objects, HANA SQL, and SAP BTP tools
- CSM or Agile certification preferred
