Remote Scheduler

Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Remote Scheduler to coordinate appointments and schedules for insurance-related services at Del Toro Insurance.This role is responsible for managing calendars contacting customers confirming appointments and ensuring efficient scheduling for adjusters inspectors agents or other insurance professionals.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate appointments for insurance services (claims inspections assessments consultations or agent meetings) Contact policyholders vendors and internal staff to arrange confirm and reschedule appointments Manage calendars and optimize schedules to reduce gaps and travel time Update scheduling systems CRM tools and internal databases accurately Communicate appointment details clearly to all parties involved Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and messages professionally Monitor appointment statuses and follow up on missed or canceled appointments Ensure compliance with company policies customer service standards and insurance regulations Escalate scheduling conflicts or urgent issues to the appropriate teamRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of scheduling customer service call center or administrative experience Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using scheduling software CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Key Skills Employee Orientation,Operational Risk Management,Primavera,Computer Skills,Primavera P6,Medical office experience,Medical Terminology,Schedule Management,Production Planning,Microsoft Project,Medical Scheduling,Phone Etiquette Employment Type :Full Time Experience:years Vacancy:1.
