[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coursera is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise to lead operating expense forecasting and financial planning for its Global Enterprise business. The role owns OpEx close, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, analyzes variances with accounting and business teams, and prepares financial reviews for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly and quarterly close processes for operating expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records
- Develop and maintain operating expense forecasts, updating projections based on business performance and changing conditions
- Collaborate with accounting teams to identify and explain variances between actual spending and forecasted amounts
- Create monthly and quarterly financial review materials for leadership that surface key insights, performance gaps, and strategic opportunities

- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
- Experience building and maintaining OpEx forecasts and budgets across monthly and quarterly cycles
- Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes in partnership with accounting teams
- Strong variance analysis skills, with the ability to explain results and refine forecasts
- Experience preparing and presenting financial reviews for senior leadership
