[Remote] Senior Frontend Developer

IDR, Inc. is a staffing and technology services company seeking a Senior Front-End Developer for a remote opportunity supporting a fast-paced, technology-driven organization. The role focuses on owning front-end architecture and building performant, accessible web applications using React and TypeScript while collaborating with design, backend, and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, accessible, high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript
- Own front-end architecture decisions, establish reusable patterns, and drive best practices across the product
- Optimize application performance including rendering efficiency, bundle size, and load times
- Integrate UI features with REST APIs and real-time data sources (e.g., WebSockets)
- Contribute to quality and maintainability through testing, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring
Skills
- 5–7 years of professional front-end development experience
- Expert-level proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Proven experience with front-end architecture, state management, and reusable component design
- Experience optimizing application performance and integrating with REST APIs and real-time data sources such as WebSockets
