[Remote] Senior Frontend Engineer(Angular)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The company is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular) to build and maintain enterprise-scale web applications, integrate frontend systems with backend services, optimize performance, and support testing and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Frontend Development with Angular-Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using Angular and TypeScript. Build reusable components, services, and UI frameworks that support enterprise-scale applications
- User Experience & Interface Development-Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences
- Application Integration-Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Work closely with backend engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow and application functionality
- Component Architecture-Develop modular, maintainable, and reusable Angular components while adhering to best practices for state management, routing, security, and performance optimization
- Performance Optimization-Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize front-end application performance, ensuring fast load times, responsiveness, and scalability across browsers and devices
- Code Review & Quality-Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, testing practices, and maintainable application architecture
- Testing & Automation-Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using modern testing frameworks to ensure application reliability and quality
- DevOps & Deployment Support-Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment processes using modern development and deployment practices
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience building enterprise-scale applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and component-based architectu re
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive design, and modern web development practic es
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON-based servic es
- Strong understanding of application architecture, state management, performance optimization, lazy loading, routing, and security best practic es
- Experience with Vitest, playwright testing framewor ks
- Proficiency with Git-based sour ce cont rol and collaborative development workflo ws
- Working knowledge of Java api sufficient to understand API integrations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate effectively with backend tea ms
- Experience working with Docker-based development environmen ts
- Basic command-line experience with tools such as grep, less, vi, and shell scripti ng
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality software delivery
- Ability to work effectively with product, design, and backend engineering teams
- Exposure to OpenShift, Kubernetes, or c loud-native application deployme nts
- Experience building reusable design systems, component libraries, or shared UI framewo rks
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclu sive design princip les
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakehold ers
