[Remote] Senior Full Stack Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EmergenceTek Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a mission-driven EMR rebuild project supporting patients with rare and chronic illnesses. The role involves developing front-end and backend applications, contributing across the software development lifecycle, and collaborating with an Agile Scrum team to build and enhance secure, scalable healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using React and Next.js for front-end development
- Build and optimize C# backend services and APIs
- Work within Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services ecosystem
- Collaborate with an 8-person Scrum team to deliver solutions in 3-week sprints
- Build products from the ground up, not just feature work or bug fixes
- Participate in Agile framework with story points typically ranging 1, 2, 5, and 8
- Work closely with team leads to deliver high-quality software iterations
- Support and enhance existing applications within the EMR system
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices are applied
Skills
- • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- • W2 engagement only; no corp-to-corp
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- • Senior-level experience with React and Next.js for UI development
- • Strong proficiency in C# for backend development
- • Expertise with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services
- • Proven ability to build products from the ground up, not just maintain existing features
- • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery
- • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or C2C arrangement
- • Experience with EMR or healthcare technology systems
- • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- • Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or technologies
- • Experience working in fast-paced, sprint-based development environments
- • Understanding of healthcare compliance and security requirements
