[Remote] Senior Full Stack Engineer

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and deploy scalable web applications using modern Microsoft technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Skills

• 5+ years0of full stack development experience with a strong focus on0C#0and0.NET Core/.NET 6+
• 5+ years of experience in0ASP.NET MVC,0Web API, and0Entity Framework Core
• 3+ years of experience with0SQL Server0and relational database design
• 3+ years of experience with0CI/CD pipelines0using tools like0Azure DevOps,0Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, or0Jenkins
• 3+ years of experience with0Git and0DevOps practices
• 3+ years of0software architecture,0design patterns, and0SOLID principles experience
• Must be able to work east coast business hours
• Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
• Understanding and implementing robust security features, including encryption (both at rest and in transit), authentication, authorization, and secure communication protocols, is crucial for protecting sensitive patient data
• Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of techniques to improve application performance and efficiency, such as fixing memory leaks and optimizing the garbage collector, sets apart top developers
• Strong debugging and testing skills are essential for identifying and resolving issues and ensuring the creation of reliable and user-friendly applications
• Adherence to regulations like HIPAA in the US and GDPR in Europe is crucial for protecting patient data and avoiding penalties
• Healthcare experience
• Deep understanding of best practices for protecting sensitive patient data, implementing access controls, conducting regular security audits, and establishing backup and recovery plans
• Masters degree
