[Remote] Senior Full Stack Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Yara is building a platform to improve how people find work through profiles, smart matching, and human connection. The company is seeking senior full stack engineers to build production web products across fintech, data infrastructure, and AI companies, using React, Node.js or Python, and AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

• The work is production product engineering at growth-stage companies in fintech, data infrastructure, and AI: React on the front, Node or Python on the back, and ownership of the surface in between
• Systems you designed and ran yourself: data models, APIs, deploys, on-call

Skills

• You've been the senior engineer on a product team and are comfortable being judged on it
• You are genuinely full stack; the split matters
• You work well remotely: clear writing, async by default, and shipped work that speaks for you
• You're AI-native in how you build, and you've shipped LLM-powered features to real users
• 5+ years building production web applications, with real depth on both sides of the stack
• TypeScript and React, plus Node.js or Python in production
• Systems you designed and ran yourself: data models, APIs, deploys, on-call
• Based in the US
• A GitHub, portfolio, or live product link that shows your work
• Time at a startup or a high-bar engineering org is a plus
