[Remote] SENIOR FULL STACK (JAVA / REACT) DEVELOPER

SKM Group is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to support the modernization and scaling of enterprise-grade cloud-native applications for a global professional services leader. The role focuses on developing Java and React solutions, architecting distributed systems on Microsoft Azure, integrating AI tools into the software development lifecycle, and mentoring team members on AI-assisted development practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring frameworks
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React to ensure a seamless user experience
- Architect and maintain distributed systems within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Deeply integrate Claude and Cursor AI into your daily workflow for code generation, debugging, and automation
- Collaborate on system architecture and technical solution designs for cloud-native applications
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and mentor the team on AI-assisted development best practices
Skills
- Senior-level expertise in Java (SE/EE) and the Spring ecosystem
- Proven experience building complex frontend applications with React
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application design
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven workflows (automation, refactoring, and LLM integration)
- Fluency in Czech is mandatory
- Ability to overlap with US working hours (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET)
- Strong background in microservices, CI/CD, and containerization
