[Remote] Senior Fullstack Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mangomint provides a platform for salons, spas, and beauty professionals to manage and grow their businesses. The Senior Fullstack Engineer will build CRM features and workflow automations across the full stack, develop agentic solutions, and own features from planning through monitoring and refinement.
Responsibilities
- Build new features in our CRM (Next.js) and automations within our workflow automation platform (FastAPI and Inngest)
- Partner with teams to understand their workflows and build solutions to automate them and improve them
- Develop agentic solutions for enrichment, task automation, etc
- Contribute ideas that help shape our internal products as they evolves
- Take ownership of the features you build, from planning and implementation to monitoring and refinement
Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep experience in modern SPA frameworks such as React, Next.js (preferred), or Vue.js
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Inngest, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow, etc
- Comfortable using and managing agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc. for feature development and code review
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and taking ownership of outcomes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong product and design sense
- Have experience working in a startup environment
- Experience with GTM processes like enrichment, lead distribution, etc
