[Remote] Senior Integrations Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bluleadz is a HubSpot Partner Agency seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to architect, build, and deploy scalable integrations connecting HubSpot with CRMs, ERPs, accounting systems, and custom APIs. The role involves developing APIs and automated workflows, managing cloud-based solutions, troubleshooting integrations, implementing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom integrations between HubSpot and external systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Gather technical requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop APIs, webhooks, and middleware using .NET, Node.js, and/or JavaScript
- Deploy and manage cloud-based integration solutions in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Create workflows using native HubSpot features or automation platforms like Zapier or Make
- Create data mapping and synchronization strategies
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Collaborate with clients and various internal teams to deliver the right technical solution
- Maintain technical documentation, team standards and best practices
- Mentor junior developers
Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years of experience building API-driven integrations
- Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments and fluency with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions)
- Proficiency with REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks
- Competence with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with version control and deployments using Git and CI/CD
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Strong expertise in .NET / C#
- Experience with HubSpot native and API integrations
- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other business system
- Exposure to Docker and Containerization
- Familiarity with integration monitoring and observability tools
