Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers in the low level design, development, and implementation of projects
- Provide technical guidance, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices in java, spring, hibernate, and mongodb
- Collaborate with cross functional teams & with clients to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure project success
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team
