[Remote] Senior Program Manager

The role focuses on program strategy, budget and risk management, governance, vendor management, system implementations, business transformation, and integration across concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Target senior program management candidates with 8+ years of enterprise-level experience leading large cross-functional programs. Prioritize expertise in program strategy, budget management, risk management, governance, and vendor management
• Led system implementations or business transformation programs, Experience leading governance forums, steering committees, or executive reporting
• Healthcare, health plan, payer, insurance, TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration
• Led large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Demonstrated ownership of program integration across workstreams

Skills

• Target senior program management candidates with 8+ years of enterprise-level experience leading large cross-functional programs

• 10+ years of Principal level project/program management experience
