[Remote] Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager oversees complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, coordinating planning, resources, risks, budgets, milestones, stakeholders, and process improvements across design, engineering, and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery
- Coordinates project planning, scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management across design, engineering, and production teams
- Lead program reviews, track milestones, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders, resolving issues and dependencies, driving process improvements, and maintaining clear documentation and communication across all program phases
- Mentor project teams, promote best practices, and help scale program management capabilities as the company grows
Skills
- Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in product development, preferably in design, manufacturing, or 3D printing environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail and quality
- Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms used in remote work settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, business, or a related field
- Interest in design, 3D printing technologies, and innovation, with a willingness to continually learn and adapt
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)
