[Remote] Senior Program Manager - Programs
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zurich North America is a leader in risk management and insurance. The Senior Program Manager will support Middle Markets Programs by resolving stakeholder issues, assisting with portfolio dashboards and game plans, supporting underwriting and product development, executing referrals, and participating in underwriting, sales, and claims meetings.
Responsibilities
- Working with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns for various Programs within Middle Markets
- Assisting with Dashboard completion and Game Plan updates
- Supporting the Underwriting and product development process
- Executing on referrals from Program Administrators
- Project work as necessary
- Participate in underwriting, sales, claims meetings
Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 14 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting Support area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 12 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting Support are
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple and varied assignments
