[Remote] Senior Security Data Scientist (Python) - Remote Work

The Senior Security Data Scientist will apply quantitative analytics, statistical modeling, Python-based analytical pipelines, and risk modeling to large-scale security data. The role will generate insights, prioritize risks, and communicate findings to engineering and leadership audiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative analytics on large-scale security data to uncover patterns and drive risk insights
- Build analytical pipelines using Python, including statistical modeling and feature engineering
- Query and analyze large datasets across modern data warehouses
- Develop risk models incorporating vulnerability scoring frameworks and contextual signals
- Communicate findings through visualization and reporting for both engineering and leadership audiences
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics
- Strong experience with quantitative analytics on large-scale security data
- Proficiency in Python including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn for analytical pipelines
- Solid background in statistical modeling and feature engineering
- Experience with SQL and large-data analysis on warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
- Familiarity with vulnerability scoring frameworks such as CVSS, EPSS, or KEV, and risk modeling
- Experience integrating environmental, insider-risk, and threat-intel context into prioritization
- Strong visualization and reporting skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Advanced proficiency in English
