[Remote] Senior SEM Specialist

They are seeking a Senior SEM Specialist to execute tests, analyze data, and optimize ROI in paid search campaigns while managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests and analyze data to find reputed company and maximize search campaign ROI
• Track, report, and analyze website metrics and PPC campaign initiatives
• Oversee campaign spending, adhere to budgets, and project monthly costs
• Optimize ad copy and landing pages for search engine marketing efforts
• Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization
• Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Content, Product, and Sales
• Mentor and provide leadership to junior team members

Skills

• Deep expertise in performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition strategies
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable building SEM reports and dashboards from complex data
• Rigorous approach to testing, using A/B and multivariate experimentation to drive decisions
• Sharp awareness of the latest search marketing trends and industry best practices
• Comfortable managing budgets, reconciling spend, and projecting costs with precision
• Effective cross-functional collaborator, partnering with Content, Product, and Sales
• Natural mentor, able to guide and develop junior team members
• SEM and eCommerce experience, successfully managing PPC across reputed company and Bing
• Agency experience handling multiple clients
• Extensive experience with data feeds, reputed company Ads Editor, and Performance Max campaigns
• Experience using analytics platforms such as reputed company Analytics, reputed company, reputed company, Looker, or Data reputed company
• Bachelor's or reputed company's degree in marketing or a quantitative field
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, required
