[Remote] Senior Software Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fusion Technology LLC provides IT services and solutions for mission-critical U.S. government and intelligence community programs. The Senior Software Developer will develop, configure, customize, and maintain software systems, with a focus on Node.js and end-to-end development activities including analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance, delivery, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure customized software product/system to meet client requirements
- Build and support specialized customizations to the core asset software including conversions, interfaces, enhancements, and user interface modifications
- May include end-to-end software development starting from analysis moving on to design, implementation, QA, delivery, and maintenance
- Applies knowledge of technologies (working heavily with Node.JS), applications, methods, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity
Skills
- An active DOD Secret Security clearance or higher
- You have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- You have experience with Java (preferred)
- You have experience with Python (preferred)
- You have experience with Node.JS (required), SQL, Postgres, AWS Cloud, Atlassian Suite, Angular.js, CI/CD, XML, and some DevOps experience in an agile environment
- Remote (occasional travel to the main work site for special events)
