[Remote] Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain features across mobile, web, and backend systems while improving scalability, performance, reliability, and engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain features across our React Native mobile applications, web applications, and backend services
- Architect clean, maintainable, and scalable software
- Take ownership of features from planning through production
- Build intuitive, polished user experiences that feel natural across platforms
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Review code and mentor other engineers through constructive feedback
- Help improve our engineering processes, tooling, and development workflows
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining high engineering standards
- Continuously evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and best practices that can improve how we build software
Skills
- • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- • Strong experience building modern mobile applications
- • Strong experience building modern web applications
- • Experience working across frontend and backend systems
- • Excellent understanding of software architecture and system design
- • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- • Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows
- • Experience building LLM-powered product features (tool calling, streaming, realtime voice, prompt design
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
