Responsibilities
- Scale our new incrementality product into a reliable, repeatable experimentation platform
- Develop near-real-time ingestion and processing capabilities to move beyond batch workflows
- Build new AI-powered workflows that help marketers evaluate performance and act on insights

- Work on other product areas such as role-based access control (RBAC)
- Contribute to frontend work when needed to deliver complete experiences
Skills

- Multiple years of professional experience building system architecture
- Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists while independently driving implementation and delivery
- Previous startup experience or working in an environment where engineers need breadth, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience turning ambiguous product needs into sound technical architecture and production-ready solutions
- The ability to navigate complex datasets and interconnected tables to investigate issues, trace dependencies, and identify the right path forward in ambiguous technical situations
- Working frontend experience with technologies such as React and TypeScript; deep frontend specialization is not required.
- Strong coding fundamentals and the ability to solve technical problems independently, with AI used as an accelerator rather than a substitute for core capabilities
- A generalist mindset and willingness to work across backend, frontend, pipelines, and infrastructure when the product requires it
- Most of your experience is in data-intensive backend engineering, but you have also shipped frontend work
