[Remote] Senior Technical Program Manager

Cribl is a company building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era, partnering with major enterprises to manage and analyze telemetry. They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead product development programs, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for development initiatives and lead the end to end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring successful outcomes
• Support your teams through the pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities
• Apply Technical Program Management best practices and contribute to improving software development processes
• Use technical skills and domain knowledge to help align teams around a shared plan and direction
• Track and report on metrics for quality and performance across your programs
• Maintain ongoing communication of planning, program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders

Skills

• 3+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager
• Experience delivering complex projects or solutions that span multiple teams
• Excellent verbal and written skills coupled with an ability to present to all levels in an organization, whether explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to leadership or discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers
• Skilled at influencing stakeholders to align on solutions and delivery plans
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks
• Experience with common software development tools (e.g. GitHub, bitbucket, Jenkins) and public cloud technology (e.g. AWS, Azure etc)
• Familiarity with overall system architecture, including how services, APIs, and data flows fit together, well enough to follow technical discussions and spot cross-team dependencies
