The role also drives stakeholder alignment and adoption-focused initiatives across areas such as security, developer enablement, and AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical programs end-to-end across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones
- Deliver executive-level communication and reporting on program status and outcomes
- Drive alignment across stakeholders to keep programs on track and unblock delivery
- Support adoption-driven initiatives, ensuring successful rollout and uptake across teams
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management
- Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills
- Proven experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams
- Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training
- Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains
- Advanced proficiency in English
