[Remote] Services Technical Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dayforce is a global human capital management company that offers a unified Cloud HCM platform. The Services Technical Consultant will guide clients through the lifecycle of delivering third-party flat file integrations during HCM implementations, ensuring a successful go-live experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services to clients
- Translate client requirements into flat file requirements
- Meet with offshore teams to review mapping documents for file development
- Manage internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Project Sponsors, Services Consultants, and Mappers, as well as external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to deliver export files
- Identify and communicate project risks
- Analyze export files, research issues, and determine the appropriate course of action
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of export files throughout the implementation lifecycle
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while balancing competing priorities
- Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and working sessions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely using business language
- Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices
- Project management experience
- Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software solutions, including HRIS systems
- Working knowledge of payroll contribution, benefits eligibility, and HR export files
- Ability to read technical vendor specifications and analyze vendor feedback
