[Remote] Site Development Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LVI Associates is recruiting for a rapidly growing real estate development organization seeking a Site Development Project Manager. The role oversees site development projects from construction kickoff through closeout, coordinating engineering, construction, surveying, utilities, permitting, inspections, and project reporting across large-scale multifamily residential developments.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple site development projects from construction kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, surveyors, municipalities, and inspectors
- Track project schedules, milestones, permits, inspections, and construction activities
- Review and manage construction documentation, submittals, as-builts, reports, and project records
- Support field teams by helping resolve construction and site development challenges
- Coordinate utility installations, surveying activities, and site infrastructure improvements
- Attend project meetings and communicate status updates across internal and external teams
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate reporting throughout the development lifecycle
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in land development, civil engineering, construction management, surveying, or related fields
- Strong understanding of site development and civil construction processes
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and public agencies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, or similar software is a plus
- PE license
