[Remote] Sitetracker Developer (Salesforce Platform)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. J RAM IT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Sitetracker Developer to join an Agile POD. The role designs, customizes, and integrates Sitetracker solutions on the Salesforce platform for telecom tower and site lifecycle management, while owning end-to-end delivery, integrations, production support, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Customization & Dev: Build custom objects, workflows, and automation for the site lifecycle (acquisition → operations) using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- API & Integrations: Engineer seamless integrations between Sitetracker and enterprise systems (CCIsites, CRM, ServiceNow, GIS) using REST/SOAP and AWS middleware
- Agile Delivery: Own end-to-end feature delivery within an integration-focused POD, including technical design, sprint execution, and deployment
- Support & Optimization: Provide L2/L3 production support, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure high code quality and regression stability
Skills
- Platform Core: Sitetracker, Salesforce (Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL, Flows, Visualforce)
- Integration & API: REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, AWS (Lambda, API Gateway)
- DevOps & QA: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Harness), Postman, Unit Testing
- Domain: Telecom (Tower/Site lifecycle, Field Service, Asset & Lease Management)
- Methodology: Agile/Scrum, end-to-end POD ownership
- Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder communication, client-facing experience, and a self-starter ownership mindset
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Sitetracker Certification
