[Remote] Software Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Temu is seeking a software engineer to support its international payment systems. The role focuses on system and architecture design, coding, distributed systems, high-concurrency and high-availability challenges, and collaboration with product teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for system function design, architecture design, and coding for international payment systems
- Tackle challenges and technical bottlenecks arising from high concurrency, high stability, massive data processing, and complex business models
- Collaborate closely with product teams to achieve overall business objectives
Skills
- 1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in software development and architecture, with solid programming and computer science fundamentals, good coding practices, and code review experience; proficient in Java
- 2. Strong system design capabilities; proficient in distributed system development technologies (including MySQL, Redis, MQ, RPC, etc.), with a good understanding of their underlying principles and application scenarios
- 3. Proven experience in large-scale distributed system architecture; familiar with distributed service frameworks, and with in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in designing high-concurrency and high-availability systems
- 4. Strong quality awareness and a “zero tolerance” attitude toward production issues; experience in online debugging and performance tuning is a plus
- 5. Excellent communication, learning, and teamwork skills; strong problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- 6. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
