[Remote] Software Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Storm3 is recruiting for a fast-growing healthcare AI startup leading clinical intelligence with AI tools for clinicians. The Senior Staff Software Engineer will act as a Tech Lead, lead new product development, build compliant AI workflows, collaborate with executive leadership, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on across the full stack
• Work closely with executive leadership to set the product roadmap
• Develop HIPPA compliant AI/agentic workflows
• Lead & mentor other Engineers

Skills

• • 8+ years Full-Stack experience
• • Software polyglot , comfortable across the entire stack
• • 2+ years' experience with LLMs or Agentic A I required
• • Startup experience strongly preferred
• • HealthTech experience strongly preferred
