[Remote] Software Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scarlet develops medical technology and regulatory solutions to help bring advanced medical devices to patients faster. The Software Engineer will build customer-focused products and services, streamline complex regulatory processes, conduct safety assessments, and maintain a technology stack for the medical technology domain.

- Ensure that we always conduct excellent safety assessments of our customers’ products
- Continuously ship great functionality at a high cadence - and have fun while doing it
- Build and maintain a tech stack that embraces the complex domain in which we work
Skills
- Professional Clojure experience
- Professional full-stack web development experience
- Previous experience in the health tech / regulatory space
- Independent thinker: evidence that you think creatively and from first principles
- Endless curiosity and are always driven to understand why things are the way they are
- Superb written and verbal communication
- Live within +/- 2h of the UK's timezone
- Willing to travel to the London office for one week twice a year
