Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in distributed systems
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and testing standards
- Optimize system performance through profiling, debugging, and algorithmic improvements
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship features
Skills
- • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java
- • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native development
- • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and performance tuning
- • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
