[Remote] Software Engineer IV (ASP.Net, C#, SQL, API)

The Software Engineer IV oversees application development, modification, maintenance, and system performance, while designing and deploying applications, resolving business systems issues, and improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software
- Provide advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques for improved operations
- Install and configure systems and other software
- Test installed software for malfunction detection
- Identify and resolve business systems issues
- Design and deploy new applications and enhance existing application software and operating systems
- Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
- Develop and implement strategies to improve systems
- Monitor and test system performance
- Oversee the training of junior engineers to improve job skills and work efficiency
- Maintain full ownership of a process, typically acting as a procedural expert
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Seven (7) years of experience in a related role
- Ability to collaborate with programmers, developers, and other technology professionals to achieve common objectives
- Proficiency in conducting system analysis to detect performance issues
- Capability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization, and software debugging
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional executional capabilities
- Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware computing systems, and their integration
