[Remote] Software Engineering Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The client is a Series B company developing voice AI agents for the contact center market. - Operate as a peer on a tight management team that meets multiple times per week and collectively owns all engineering department decisions
- Set the pace and challenge the status quo : create an environment where great engineers want to dig in, ship fast, and learn from failures quickly rather than over-deliberating
- Drive predictable, high-quality delivery of work that matters most to customers, standing behind your team's timelines and outcomes
- Make your team AI-native : turn individual AI experimentation into team-level results with better throughput, quality, and faster paths from idea to production
- Partner closely with Product, Delivery, and cross-functional teams to keep your squad anchored to real customer value and close the loop after shipping
