[Remote] Software Implementation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One Inc is a leader in the insurtech space, providing a full suite of payment solutions. The Software Implementation Consultant will play a key role in delivering SaaS products by advocating for customers and ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Configure payment platform features
• Communicate API contract information to customers and assist them with understanding our API structure
• Produce the following artifacts as needed
• Extract requirements from customers by coordinating and running face-to-face and web-conferencing interviews
• Document requirements, nuances, and solution to be implemented
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Work independently with stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, solicit feedback, and obtain approval for specifications
• Work in tandem with the project manager to coordinate deliverables and communicate updates
• Work with developers and QA to understand and coordinate technical requirements and design
• Complete high-level testing to ensure solution is functioning per requirements
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the United States

• 4+ years of recent experience in a SaaS environment is required
• Experience gathering, creating and managing requirements is required
• Experience building UI mockups & wire framing mockups is required
• Experience working on third party integrations, REST APIs
• AGILE Development & SCRUM methodology experience
• Insurance industry experience is highly desired, including policy management and digital payment
