[Remote] Solution Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insurity provides cloud-native software for property and casualty insurance organizations. The Solution Analyst will implement and support the Insurity Submission Gateway by translating business requirements into configured solutions, testing changes, managing project risks, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance products.
Responsibilities
- Configure solutions using Insurity Studio based on requirements, design documentation, and best practices in accordance with estimates provided
- Develop and execute required feature tests for in scope changes and assigned use cases
- Proactively identify and escalate risks in project work in a timely manner
- Assist Project Manager/Scrum Master in developing configuration estimates
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to improve toolkit features and functionality
- Deliver both large-scale and small-scale configuration projects
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ years of experience in the Insurance Software or broader software industry
- Extensive experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
- Ability to travel to customer locations: up to 5%
- 1+ years of experience working with low code configuration recommended
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira recommended
- Experience building rate/quote/bind workflows is a strong plus
