[Remote] Solutions Engineer | Data Integration Services
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The company is a publicly listed global technology services and systems integration firm expanding its U.S. go-to-market engine across data, integration, and cloud. The Solutions Engineer will own the technical dimension of enterprise sales cycles by leading discovery, designing solutions, presenting architectures and demos, and partnering with account executives and delivery teams to shape complex opportunities.

- Navigate technical and executive personas within multi-stakeholder buying groups

- Partner with AEs to advance and close enterprise opportunities
- Develop and present solution architectures, demos, and proof-of-concept designs
- Scope services engagements and support commercial deal shaping alongside sellers
- Operate in a Partner-Centric Ecosystem

- Build credibility with partner technical teams and enterprise buyers alike
- Help Build the U.S. GTM Motion
- Provide feedback on solution packaging, positioning, and go-to-market approach
- Contribute to early pre-sales process, tooling, and best practices
Skills
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms, data pipelines, or cloud ecosystems
- Strong conceptual understanding of enterprise integration and systems architecture
- Comfortable in pre-sales — not just delivery or post-sales
- Experience supporting or co-leading complex, multi-threaded technical sales cycles
- Able to engage credibly with both technical architects and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with one or more relevant ecosystems: Boomi, MuleSoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, or similar
- Breadth across integration and data infrastructure valued over narrow platform specialization
- Customer-facing confidence with a collaborative, low-ego operating style
- Entrepreneurial — comfortable building process and tooling where little exists
- Thrives in ambiguity and early-stage environments
- Background in services-oriented environments (systems integrators, consultancies, or similar) preferred over pure vendor/SaaS backgrounds
Benefits
- Foundational role in U.S. expansion: be one of the first pre-sales hires building the U.S. GTM engine
- Strong global backing from an established, publicly listed company with deep delivery capabilities
- High autonomy to shape how technical selling works in the business
- Partner-driven growth leveraging strong ecosystem relationships to accelerate deal flow
- Clear growth trajectory with opportunity to grow into a leadership or principal architect role as the U.S. business scales
