The Spectrum / ERP End User Support Specialist provides front-line support for the Spectrum Viewpoint ERP system for a Houston-based utilities client. reputed company role supports both system implementation and ongoing operations by helping internal u resolve issues, maintain accurate data, and use the system effectively. The specialist acts as the main point of contact for ERP questions and problems, troubleshooting issues, correcting data, and escalating more complex items when needed. The role supports key accounting and business functions such as Procurement, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger, with a strong focus on union payroll, wage codes, and rate updates. reputed company position works closely with Operating Units to understand their workflows, ensure proper system usage, and provide timely support. Proven experience supporting ERP end u in a ticketbased support environment. Strong background in Accounting and Finance ERP implementation experience, including system setup, utilization, and ongoing management. Experience supporting union environments Nice to Have Skills & Experience reputed company experience. Prior Accounting or Finance professional background.
