[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Workforce Analytics

The Senior Analyst, Workforce Analytics will provide advanced workforce analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights, partnering with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to address workforce challenges. The role will develop analytics solutions, translate complex data into recommendations, and present insights to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to understand workforce challenges and translate business needs into data, reporting, and analytics solutions
- Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models, forecasting techniques, and advanced analytics methodologies
- Analyze key HR and workforce metrics to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential risks
- Forecast workforce trends and provide data-driven insights to support strategic organizational decisions
- Own workforce reporting and analytics solutions from initial consultation and scoping through requirements definition, development, validation, and final delivery
- Design and develop HCM reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Transform complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership
- Present workforce analytics and insights to senior and executive-level leaders with confidence and clarity
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of workforce data by validating analyses and maintaining high standards of precision
- Identify opportunities to improve data systems, reporting capabilities, analytics processes, and workforce data accessibility
- Collaborate with Technology and other stakeholders to enhance reporting infrastructure and analytical capabilities
- Utilize advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools to analyze and communicate workforce data
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced analysts
- Stay current on workforce analytics, data science, HCM technology, and industry best practices
- Manage projects and analytical initiatives while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs
- Support department and organizational goals through accurate, timely, and meaningful workforce analytics
- Demonstrate commitment to a safe, caring, personalized, and efficient experience for patients, employees, and the broader community
- Promote professional growth and development through continued education, skills development, and knowledge sharing

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-focused field required
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, workforce analytics, or a related analytical role
- Familiarity with HR/HCM data structures required
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and developing HCM reports and dashboards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced data visualization capabilities using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to confidently present complex analytical findings to A-C level leaders
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

- Understanding of data quality, validation, and integrity practices
- Knowledge of current workforce analytics and data science trends and best practices
- Understanding of how workforce data can support strategic business and organizational decisions
- Preferred fields of study include: + Data Analytics+ Data Science+ Mathematics+ Statistics+ Economics+ Business Analytics+ or a related field
- Experience in workforce or people analytics strongly preferred
- Experience with Oracle HCM strongly preferred
- Experience working directly with senior or executive-level stakeholders preferred
- Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, workforce analytics, or related disciplines are a plus
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM strongly preferred
