[Remote] Sr. Net Software Engineer (Blazor) Full Stack
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Source Select Group is seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer specializing in Blazor (WASM) to join its development team. The role leads the design, development, and implementation of modern cloud-hosted web applications using .NET, Blazor, and Microsoft Azure, while contributing to engineering standards, mentoring, testing, documentation, and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge web applications utilizing the latest .NET technologies and front-end frameworks
- Write, test, debug and optimize code that meets business requirements and conforms to established patterns and practices, including authoring unit tests that adhere to code coverage guidelines
- Contribute to and enforce software engineering design and development standards
- Mentor and coach other engineers; proactively solicit feedback from peers
- Proactively communicate progress, issues and risks to stakeholders; accurately estimate assignments
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in all team Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and product demonstrations
Skills

- C# (expert) 10+years
- ASP.NET Core Blazor (advanced) or Blazor WASM
- Full Stack .Net Software Engineer 10+ years
- Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, and T-SQL (advanced) 8+ years
- Modern .NET / .NET Core application development (expert) (10+yrs)
- Web APIs and RESTful service design (advanced)
- Microsoft Azure platform services including compute, storage, databases and developer tools (advanced)
- Azure DevOps Pipelines, CI/CD, msbuild and NuGet (advanced)
- PowerShell scripting (advanced)
- Debugging, profiling and performance optimization using Visual Studio / VSCode and tools such as Postman and Fiddler (advanced)
