[Remote] Sr Program Analyst (DOI)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Culmen International is hiring a Senior Program Analyst to provide senior-level analytical support for acquisition, financial assistance, and organizational transformation initiatives. The role leads complex studies, evaluates program effectiveness and compliance, develops strategic recommendations, and supports enterprise-wide improvement efforts through stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.
Responsibilities

Skills
- * Bachelor's degree preferred
- * Ten (10) years of relevant experience
- * Experience with federal government
- * Strong Excel skills
