[Remote] Staff IT Technical Program Manager

The Staff IT Technical Program Manager will lead eDiscovery and information governance programs, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to develop scalable, defensible processes, automate workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for eDiscovery and information governance solutions spanning multiple business functions and enterprise platforms
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver technology programs that transform eDiscovery capabilities from hold through collection, review, and production (EDRM)
• Drive the translation of regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable system configurations, policies, and controls across platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace
• Lead program timelines, dependencies, and risk escalations while maintaining audit-ready documentation including regulatory control matrices, playbooks, and SLAs
• Build and validate comprehensive test plans for eDiscovery controls and information governance tooling to ensure defensibility and compliance

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, information governance, eDiscovery, or regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional compliance programs with multiple dependencies in a dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and hands-on experience with eDiscovery tooling (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Google Vault, Onna)
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into enterprise system controls and configurations across collaboration and productivity platforms
• Proven ability to build roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive programs independently with minimal day-to-day direction
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
