Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Student Support Assistant / Academic Advisor. Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising and support to student athletes, including reputed company selection, reputed company, and academic goal setting
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide intervention and support as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and parents to develop individualized academic plans for each student
• Assist students with time management and study skills to help them balance their academic and athletic commitments
• Track and report on students' academic performance and progress towards graduation requirements
• Stay up-to-date on academic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with school and reputed company regulations
• Serve as a liaison between the student, school, and coaches to ensure open communication and support for the student's academic success
• Contribute to the development and improvement of academic support programs and resources for student athletes

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, human services, healthcare support, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in academic advising or student support, preferably in a remote or online setting
• Knowledge of reputed company eligibility and academic requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Compensation and Schedule

• Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance
• Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training
• Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training
• Flexible reputed company:
