[Remote] System Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Applicantz is seeking a System Analyst to support the coordination, maintenance, and continuous improvement of its Contract Lifecycle Management system within Legal Operations. The role oversees daily CLM administration, develops reports and dashboards, supports system enhancements and implementation projects, and collaborates with legal and cross-functional teams to improve contract processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
- Develop ad hoc reports and dashboards to support Legal Operations
- Utilize Icertis or a similar CLM platform to support system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
- Support software improvement initiatives and implementation projects
- Collaborate with Legal Operations and cross-functional teams to improve contract processes and reporting
- Develop analytics, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and related tools
- Support programming and system enhancements using Microsoft technologies, including C# and SQL
- Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
- Icertis configuration and development experience is preferred
- Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus
Skills
- • Project management experience using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- • Strong track record of project management and process optimization
- • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- • Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
- • Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus
- • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
- • Experience with the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform; configuration and development experience preferred
