[Remote] System Application Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is seeking a System Application Analyst for a full-time position with a client. The role supports Epic applications, analyzes workflows and application functionality, coordinates cross-team collaboration, and helps integrate solutions into operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving
- Capability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to departments while making recommendations for integration into operational flow
- Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner
- Mentors team members to set priorities and utilizes problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration
- Flexibility to adapt to new situations and changing environments, including leading the change
Skills
- Must have Epic Build experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
- Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire
- Five (5) years of application support experience
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving
- Capability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to departments while making recommendations for integration into operational flow
- Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner
- Mentors team members to set priorities and utilizes problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration
- Flexibility to adapt to new situations and changing environments, including leading the change
- Light to Moderate work
- Standing and/or sitting for long periods of time
- Up to 50 pounds of lifting on occasion
- Preferred: Healthcare experience
- Preferred: Two (2) years project management experience and/or application lead experience
