[Remote] Technical Operations Engineer

Courtyard.io is one of the fastest-growing collectibles startups, focused on creating an exciting platform for discovering, collecting, and cashing out collectibles. They are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to solve complex cross-functional problems by building tools, improving systems, and leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship technical solutions across backend, frontend, data, and internal tooling
- Develop and operate AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that improve team productivity
- Own marketing and growth infrastructure, including analytics, event tracking, attribution, and data quality
- Write SQL, troubleshoot production issues, and turn repetitive tasks into scalable self-service tools
- Partner across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive projects from idea to execution
Skills
- 3+ years in a highly cross-functional technical role such as Technical Operations, Growth Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses
- Ability to read and contribute to backend code (Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar)
- Experience with marketing technology, analytics, and event instrumentation
- Hands-on experience building or operating AI workflows, agents, or internal automation tools
- Excellent written communication and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with marketplaces, fintech, crypto, or other high-trust platforms
- Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, Looker, Slack automations, Webflow, or modern AI tooling
- Experience building internal tools that significantly improve team efficiency
