[Remote] Technical Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TUEREN, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. The role assists with PCI audits, NIST RMF assessments, vendor risk management, document management, compliance tracking, cross-functional coordination, and GRC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support audit readiness: Assist in leading PCI, NIST RMF, and other compliance assessments, helping with evidence collection and remediation tracking
• Maintain operational tracking: Utilize Jira/Asana to track compliance status, timelines, and blockers under the guidance of senior team members
• Support GRC workstreams: Help identify risks, track dependencies, and resolve blockers
• Facilitate compliance: Partner with Legal, Procurement, and technical teams to help integrate security requirements into vendor onboarding
• Manage documentation: Oversee the lifecycle (creation to archival) of GRC-related controlled documents, ensuring version control and accuracy
• Engage with technical teams: Collaborate with security/engineering teams to understand control implementation and support remediation efforts
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of GRC reporting (monthly/quarterly) to provide visibility into compliance status and audit progress

Skills

• Generally, requires 3–5 years of experience in information security project management or GRC/Compliance
• Proficiency in managing issue-tracking tools (Jira/Asana) to support GRC workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Experience in the Ecommerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in management information systems or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
